I have no problem with an offer like this, because even if he does not work out as qb he has the ability to play safety or make an impact somewhere else on the field.

Film:
My Take: LaTravis has more arm than he knows what to do with...he still has plenty of juice that he has not even discovered. Mechanics are solid but not exceptional...he needs polish on his footwork and some slack taken out of the delivery. Athleticism is excellent. Overall, another solid find in Florida.

My take on film:
He is very fast for a qb. I question his mechanics, but not in a bad way. I question them because he is off balance and throwing off the wrong foot at times and doesnt step into all of his throws. Why it is not a bad thing is because that can be taught. There is no questioning his speed and his ability to run around. He also makes some nice reads, but his arm strength might be in question, but it is hard to get a judge when he isnt stepping into all of his throws.
