Jeff Spikes

Painesville, OH
Painesville Harvey H.S.
Rivals Profile
Height: 6-foot-7

The buzz on this massive Painesville Harvey OL is heating up. Missed all of last season with a broken foot. Not only could he be the best OL in Ohio that no one has heard of, he might be the best OL in Ohio PERIOD.

Scout has him listed at 6'7" and Rivals has him listed at 6'5". Which one is more accurate?

Gary Housteau has a write-up about new Painesville Harvey coach Delvin Culliver. There is a write-up about Jeff that talks about how much interest he is starting to receive and how athletic he is for a big man.

Anyone know if there is any interest from Tosu? If one of our other o-line prospects falls through O'Dowd, Claytor, Davis do you think we will go after this guy?

We should hide the women and children, tell our family we love them and then batten down the hatches.

Looks similar to O'Dowd in that he's remarkably thin for his size.
I know it's nothing more than homerism, but I would love to see at one Ohio lineman get offered in this class.

Hope he doesn't become the "Thomas" of the '07 class. He has that Pitt offer...but I hope that 5.77 isn't accurate. One to watch with all the OL uncertainty in this class....
