From the Luther Davis update... Luther says that tOSU has offered Ahmad, and the two of them will visit together. They would like to be a package deal somewhere. They could make a decision as early as August 19th (have something set up with ESPN, but it is tentative).
Ahmad's clear top two right now seem to be LSU and FSU, but if he and Davis do visit we could have a real shot...

The area he is from is VERY pro-LSU. It's a rarity that anyone leaves the state if they have an offer from LSU and are from that area FWIW.

After talking to my F$U roommate he mentioned how much he doesn't want Luther Davis becuase he thinks they are in on too many higher ranked DLmen. Now, I am no expert, but I don't think you turn down talent like Davis. If they don't get/want Davis would they still get Paige? He said he expects to get Paige, but no Davis. Anyways, he seems to be blinded by the whole 'stars' thing and not the players' true talents.
