By the way..if you have facebook like I do, the article does give what they believe to be the name of the guy filming all of it, Gaetano Sacco. He's also apparently the vice prez of the frat. I have to say, it's very hard not to send him a message telling him he's a disgrace. I'm hoping others would do it for me.

Sorry it's taken me so long to post.
PSU's stadium is impressive. It looks like a giant erector set in the middle of nowhere. Their student section was fired up, and the crowd (over 90% PSU) was very loud, at least until it was 17-7. The entire stadium was standing for most of the game - when it got to 24-7 most of the non-student section sat down, and at 27-10 the exodus started. The Buckeye section remained standing the whole game, except for timeouts and halftime.
What a performance by the offense! To never punt against one of the better defenses in the country, in that hostile environment, spoke volumes about the poise and skill of tOSU.
It was my first trip to Happy Valley, and was the most fun I've ever had during a road game (previous was the ND bowl game). Sitting in the Buckeye section makes all of the difference; we were able to constantly high-five everybody within a couple rows because of so many big plays.
It was a privilege to be sitting in the stands and have the team sing Carmen Ohio to our section without the band to carry the tune.
Listening to PSU talk radio after the game was a guilty pleasure. There were long-term season ticket holders talking about accepting that PSU was now a mediocre program.
It was close to a 1200-mile round trip, but it was worth every penny of gas and tolls, and I had a huge grin on my face the whole ride home.
I've read this entire thread and seen the frat video, but I witnessed nothing like that, and talked to several friendly PSU fans. Every large crowd can have a few drunks give them a bad name, especially for a night game.

Very similar to my experience. But no Buckeye section seats... I'm envious. No Carmen Ohio for me...

Looks like the mess of all the white strands from the pom-poms was handled by hired help, rather than the Nit team.

JoePa: Players done cleaning stadium
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) -- Their bodies were sore and their egos were bruised after an embarrassing loss to No. 1 Ohio State, but at least the Penn State Nittany Lions got to sleep in after a home game for the first time this season.
Coach Joe Paterno believes his squad has learned enough of a lesson off the field that the Nittany Lions no longer have stadium cleanup duty.
An angry JoePa over the summer ordered the entire team to pick up trash in the student section on Sunday mornings at Beaver Stadium afer several players were implicated in an off-campus fight in April.
That chore apparently ended after the fifth home game of the year, the Oct. 13 win over Wisconsin. The Nittany Lions (6-3, 3-3 Big Ten) were back to their regular Sunday routines this week after the 37-17 loss to the Buckeyes.
"I didn't do that necessarily to punish them. I did that because I felt they ought to have some idea that as a team there's got to be somebody saying, 'Hey, no, we don't want to do that,"' Paterno said Tuesday. "I really wanted them to appreciate the fact that they have the best of all worlds. They've got a free education, people who know who they are."
Cont'd ...
