I would agree with that if it were a true home game for LSU. The fan split for a home game would be in the 85,000 to 8,000 range, the game at the dome will be a much closer ratio than that. Other than a higher fan ratio the Superdome doesn't hold any advantage for LSU. We don't play our games in a dome and we don't have artificial turf at home. We played a NC game there in 2003 and we did play Tulane there this year, so it's not like we play there often.

Actually LSU practices on the same turf type that is in the dome at the indoor facility. We have played in a dome like the Superdome in 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Actually we do, look at the LSU logo on the ball when we are on offense.

Amazing how confident I felt last year going into the NC game and how nervous I am already for this year's version. I'm hoping that's a good thing. I haven't been this nervous about a bowl game since we played "The U." I think this game will look a lot like our last win in the NC. Grind it out, conservative, smash mouth. I could do without the double OT, but if we must...

I am excited, it is kewl to get the shot at OSU. I think in the type of game you speak of, it is a toss-up. That is the types of games LSU has played all year long and that is OSU football.

Well...if we win in OT, then it doesn't count. Don't you know that LSU's two losses didn't count, because the games didn't end in regulation!!!
