I believe that Roe is the #1 target now that the class of 2007 is complete. I like where we stand right now.

7/7/06 Roe has turned some heads at the NIKE camp. Roe hopes to take unofficial visits to Michigan, Ohio State, Florida, Miami and North Carolina, who are his top five at this point. Kosta Koufos is his roommate at camp. Roe may make a decision in the fall. Scout.com$ (Michigan site) 7/7/06 At the NIKE camp, Roe has been very impressive and has a ton of energy on the court. Roe is unselfish and is one of the camp's best finishers around the basket. |

07/08 Here is another report from the NIKE camp. From all the reports it sounds like Roe is just blowing up. I think he will eventually be a top 10 player in the 08 class. He is flying by Gates who has yet to reach his potential. O yeah and yesterday Roe had a game tying 3 to send it to OT and then had the game winner. How is that for a 6'8'' PF. ![]() |

7/9/06 Video of Roe in action at the ABCD camp. There are several links for Roe throughout the article, great highlights. Rivals.com$ (Michigan State site) 7/9/06 Roe has added Indiana and Virginia Tech to his previous list of Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Florida, Miami and North Carolina. Michigan, Ohio State, Michigan State and Illinois are his top four schools. It is possible he could reach a decision in August or prior to his Junior year. You have to like Roe's comments in today's Dispatch article.
"Another 2007 wing, Evan Turner of Chicago, who committed last week, said the amount of competition at his position was not a concern. One of Ohio’s top uncommitted prospects in 2008, forward Delvon Roe of Lakewood St. Edward, said the same. 'If you want to be a winner and play for a winning program, the best place to go is where the players are good,' Roe said. 'If you go to a school that’s not as good as Ohio State’s going to be, you start questioning why you went there.'" |

In this update, Roe says he has a good idea of where he wants to go, but just wants to see if he likes the campus. Has Roe been to OSU's campus, or could he be leaning to leaving Ohio? |
