Good list by Rivals, though I would move Offut and Buford up a bit.

Offutt is vastly underrated due to not playing in most of the big time summer tourneys while recovering from his knee injury. Buford has dropped off due to a couple of so-so performances late this summer, before the last couple of tournaments he was red hot.

In any case, the 08 B-Ball class should be another great one.

Not to discredit the other positions, but it is truly amazing the kind of talent Matta has been able to recruit at the big positions, especially in the eye of national rankings...

I think Buford is ranked a little low, but a good showing this summer will improve his ranking....

Crater goes from 24 to not even top 150...
There's a crack team over at Rivals. All I know is if there are 23 point guards better than Crater in this class, then this is the best point guard crop of all time. Crater is easily a top ten point guard. Inconsistency with point guards at the AAU level when he's switching teams and getting new teammates proves nothing to me. |
