'08 OH PG Chris Crockett
Likely not a thread of much interest, but it is rare that I get to start a thread about a kid from my alma mater and I like promoting Ohio kids...this kid is also a heck of a running back, running for over 2,000 yards and 37 TDs.

Chris recently visited Xavier for a basketball game. Penn State, Pittsburgh and Boston College are also recruiting him for basketball. For football, he is hearing from Iowa, Wisconsin, Connecticut and Georgia Tech. He seems himself playing basketball at the next level. |

By BK...CHris would like to here from OSU for either basketball or football. He is hearing from Iowa, Notre Dame, Pen State, Boston College and Northwestern for football and Cincinnati, Xavier, Pitt, Penn State and Wright State for basketball.

Chris Crockett scored a career-high 44 points, lifting visiting Columbus Academy to a 94-82 victory over Licking Valley last night in a showdown pitting co-leaders in the Mid-State League Ohio Division. Crockett went 15 of 23 from the field, including 6 of 10 from three-point range, and made 8 of 8 free throws. He scored at least nine points in every quarter.
