I'm just now realizing (sadly) that I missed the Rumble in the Bronx. The Westchester Hawks have a huge stock of talent and the 'choz are always full of talent (mostly Rice HS).
IMO losing the talented senior guards from the team - esp. Coburn, Abney and Taylor - will make it harder for Jones while playing for his HS team. I always hate to support AAU play more than HS, but given the fact that MVHS is losing so many playmakers, Jones should really look to shine this summer and make a commitment before the detractors can criticize his HS season next year. |
