Don't want to be off-topic in terms of Elliot, but a question regarding prep schools and qualification. How do you figure in prep school grades in terms of a prospect's cumulative GPA? Is it viewed as a separate issue from high school or is it figured into a combined GPA? My point is, it is really tough to raise a cumulative GPA, if that is an issue, in one year. On the other hand, if the test score is raised, that would decrease the need for a higher GPA using the NCAA scale. Finally, that might get you past the Clearinghouse, but tOSU admissions? Not so sure about that. As a side note, this is exactly why Dantonio is sitting in a good spot at MSU in terms of admissions "flexibility." |

Any info on Dewey? I looked up Harmony Prep's website and he is done there I guess. Just wondering if he continued his football career or if he is done.

Had legal issues. Football is virtually out of the question with him. That's as far as I'm going with that...

I love recruiting for this reason....not only did none of those guys end up at OSU, but two were recruited as RB, one a DE, and the other might end up a big safety. |

And two of them probably aren't ever going to play a down of division 1 college football, what a shame... |
