Junior video from sunshinepreps. Hes a great form tackler, he keeps his hips squared, pads low, and just sticks the ball-carrier, driving him backwards. Im not that sure about his athleticism yet, but with Oklahoma offering, I wouldnt mind him getting a look at MLB.

He has a good size speed combo to be a middle backer.

Well really most lbs can play any of the positions. I think we will take the best 2 available whethere that be an outside or inside I don't know, but I do know that most of the lbs that we bring in are very vesitale and they could probably play inside or outside.

Dewey is from my hometown school. I went to most of Fairfield's games last year and Dewey is a very hard nosed player. He is the kind of player that seems to always be in the right place at the right time. He is a very hard hitter and loves contact. I'm just a little concerned with his size. If he is already 239 lbs. then how big will he be by the time he goes to college.

Just watched his films and he really impressed me. I would have him behind only Dailey and Hines at this point. I wonder if we really want a MLB since we got Johnson last year but if we do, I think Elliot should be the man.

Well we brought in a stud last year in Johnson as you said.

We also are in on a lot of very impressive linebackers already that have gotten more publicity, and it seems interest from the staff. The talent is there for Dewey, but there are rumors that he is not a mature kid at all.
