Wilson Ready To Trim List
By Phil Kornblut
LB Christian Wilson (6-3 235) of McKees Rock PA has over 45 offers, and Monday he plans to begin the process of narrowing his list. "My dad wants me to cut it down to about 15 or so," Wilson said Sunday night. Clemson is one of his offers and it appears the Tigers are in good shape to make the first cut. "Their campus was definitely a campus I liked," Wilson said. "But, I have no idea what position they are recruiting me for because they've mentioned like six positions. It would be good if they would tell me." Wilson also has offers from Ohio State, Michigan, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Florida, Arkansas, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, NC State, Michigan State and many others. Ohio State coach Jim Tressel and Michigan coach Lloyd Carr were by his school last week.

Scout $
More of the same...ton of offers, no favorites, distance won't matter, and may narrow things soon.

Football recruiting
Add Montour running back/linebacker Christian Wilson to the list of heavily recruited players in the WPIAL.
Pitt, Penn State, West Virginia, Ohio State, Michigan and Tennessee are some of the schools that have offered scholarships to Wilson (6 feet 3, 225 pounds). Many schools like him as a linebacker, some as an H-back, but Louisville wants him as a running back.

From the Michigan site...Wilson likes Coach Loeffler and talked with Cissoko at the NIKE Camp.

Loeffler is the quarterback coach. What does he like about him? That may be the coach assigned to his region but it's funny to see him like a coach that isn't going to coach his position.

Loeffler is/has been Michigan's ace.
