Is Trotwood making a run at being Glenville South? Seven transfers last year, and this could start a similar migration this year. DDN Quote:

stxbuck PM'ed me about this last week... It's a shame... Michael would have been the feature at Alter, but now will have to fight for the ball at Trotwood...
There's plenty of rumors swirling that this won't be their only transfer this year (don't ask me who, because I can't say at this juncture)... |

I believe Williams transferred to Glenville-200 miles-a new record for Coach Ginn.

That's actually not official yet... And Williams is one that I've heard a rumor about landing at Trotwood...

The timing of the Williams news concerns me a bit...and I have to agree with Mr. Fairchild on this, it really is unfortunate that kids are jumping around like this. Jamiihr was supposed to transfer to Glenville, went to San Antonio with the Glenville players, and then the rumors began swirling that he would be headed to Glenville. Deduce from that what you will, but it leaves me feeling a little uneasy.

Having met Jamiihr's father last summer, it suprises me. Great guy and on top of the whole recruiting (marketing) thing. But I felt they were high on the prospects of Lima Sr. It was a disappointing '06, but they also have Ryan Nathan a fine RB in the fold. Coffman plays them this year. Was hoping to see both of them on the field.

HotMic hinted that the Williams to Glenville might not be aodne deal on Scout, and that's the first I have heard Trotwood. They would be pretty solid with Shaw, J.Williams, Moore and Roy Roundtree (I don't know of any other D1 guys as of now, but I bet there are a couple more).

Not to steal any of HotMic's thunder, but Greg Powers told me that Jamiihr was not going to Glenville long before it was posted anywhere.

On Shaw's behalf...I roomed next door to him this year and he was in all of my RB drills. Really cool guy and fun to hang with...very good guy and down to earth. Football-wise, he has a very good frame and tore it up last year for Alter. He loves OSU but an offer from the bucks isn't likely(as most of you would know). Whoever does land Mike is getting one heck of a player and person though.

He also is very into PSU... He would pull the trigger there pretty quickly if an offer were to come...
