Roxbury junior Brendan Beal was told he'd get a lot of interest from college football recruiters. But Ohio State? Florida? USC?Those three -- not to mention Rutgers, Notre Dame, Michigan, Virginia, and many others -- have already offered the linebacker full scholarships.

Wow...great film. Beal might be the best LB I have seen on film all year. He is a man amongst boys out there. Not only does his superior size show(he is every bit of 6'4 235), but he also shows great athleticism. He has good instincts and gets down the line of scrimmage in a hurry to the ball carrier. When he hits you, you go down. An ideal LEO player, though I doubt he ends up at OSU. Beal would be very close with Hale as the best LB in the country imo...behind Arthur Brown from Kansas.
