It would really hurt to see Sam go to Michigan.
Haha here's to hoping Mack Brown works some of his hometown mojo and keeps this one instate!

FWIW, if Sam doesn't end up at Michigan (which is where I think he is headed) he likely won't end up at Texas...

Think coaches will try and take the hurdle away from him in college? Seems like it could be dangerous.

Sam says he wants an offer from tOSU and USC. Both are in contact and currently reviewing tape.

Maybe its me
I don't see him as a featured back in either tOSU or TSUN offensive schemes. Unless your running designed plays that will utilize his cutting and speed then I think you'll end up with a Mo Wells type of effect.
However, I would bring him in as an athlete and experiment with him his first year. See what he can do at the WR spot, CB spot and especially KR,PR. He even get a few reps at RB to see if he can cut it but I would be up front that in recruiting that your an athlete and make no promises about RB.
