Notice the probably. I don't confess to know much about tOSU recruiting, I'll leave it to Grad, Mili, and Wadc for that stuff.

Rivals.com's Josh Helmholdt reported that four-star, Rivals100 defensive end Nick Perry has reduced his list to four schools - Michigan, Michigan State, USC and Miami. Perry will visit USC on Jan. 18, Michigan on Jan. 25 and Miami on Feb. 1. He has already taken an official visit to Michigan State.

Scout $
USC leads after visit, with UM & Miami behind (both with upcoming visits).
Pivotal recruit, talent & need. Somewhat good news for UM to be trailing far away SC and not MSU.

I think he will end up at USC, or maybe I am just wishing! Pete Carroll usually does pretty well with out of state recruits. Most fall in love with Los Angeles. Being from So Cal not me. I much prefer orange county. SMILE FACE! Forgot to put one here.

With all due respect to Nathan Williams, he is about 3 years from contributing. I coached against Nick Perry twice this year, and he has the same sideline to sideline speed that Thaddeus Gibson had a Euclid. The only reason Nick isn't rated higher is because of lack of exposure. If he was at King all 4 years, he would be a 5 star...

The only reason Nathan isn't rated higher is because of exposure as well...I have heard one VERY trusted scout say that Nathan is the one player in this class no one is talking about that could contribute next year. I surely trust your opinion of Nick having coached against him, but when it comes to Nathan, I will trust the people we've talked to...

Having also played against Williams, I too could see him contributing right away. He has great god-given size and speed, on top of being such a hard worker. Like Wad said, he didn't play great competition and didn't get good exposure. If he would have done combines, I'm positive he would be ranked much higher. Only thing that keeps him off the field for long is if he has trouble transitioning to a new position imo.
