Cool website guys! Apparently there is an English connection with E.J. Woods and Rahim Moore.

Makes sense, i guess...i thought he meant that the english connection was that both players spell their names with letters from our alphabet.

EJ camped at Michigan yesterday. Heard he had a "superstar attitude" and was just kind of going through the motions. Took long breaks in between sessions and didn't compete in all of the drills. Also heard that he didn't look like a CB (didn't have the hips or recovery speed), that he's a safety all the way. Maybe Rivals overrated him.

I didn't think anybody really thought of him as a CB prospect. I've always thought of him as a Safety only.

No idea what EJ stands for but what I do know is that I do not think he is going to receive an offer. Woods is a solid player (and an amateur boxer...just saw video of one of his fights on Scout) but I think the staff likes some other kids better. Woods apparently did not have his best day at the UM camp either. He may (at least according to ESPN) have some work in the classroom to do before going anywhere.

As for the talk about CB, that is never going to happen...EJ is a hitter and CLEARLY does not have the hips and the ability to sink into his backpedal to be able to play CB at the next level. He does have close range speed and the ability to tackle like a LB, which is what could make for a Whitner-type safety who is better up at the line than in pass coverage.
