Averin missed ND's Junior Day due to a scheduling conflict. He has been offered by Pittsburgh, Virginia, Syracuse, UConn, Clemson, Boston College, Louisville, Temple, Buffalo, and Maryland. Being recruited mostly as a RB but some have mentioned saftey. Has also visited Michigan.

His brother, Kevin Collier, is a freshman RB at Pitt, so I assume they will definitely be in it until the end with Averin.
