He stepped in front of brandon, wrapped his right arm back and around Brandon, holding him down & back as he tried to jump. After he kept Brandon largely grounded, he brought it back to corral the INT.

so you are the good guy and i'm the bad guy. alright. i thought we could discuss our opinions of the game and the players. i already admitted that i shouldn't have blamed sanzo for the fumble, and i wasn't bashing robo at all. but apparent that makes me the bad guy in your eyes. thats fine, each to his own.

Re: Hartline's fumble to Robiskie - it didn't seem to me that Hartline made a football move before losing that ball. That catch-fumble gets reviewed and I think it goes to third-and-long? |

Great win. We made some costly mistakes, had some sloppy play, didn't look very in sync on offense and our defensive line got handled....and we walked out of Madison a WINNER! I'll take it.

Pryor does hold on to the ball a little to long at times. I would much rather have this problem to solve rather then having him try to use his feet prematurely before making all the checks down field like most young athletic qb's do. Usually it's the other way around. And takes much longer to correct then saying "hey, use your wheels more when you feel pressure TP" rather then "make all your checks down field, step into the pocket and make the throw TP".

It was close when I went back and rewatched it. It almost looked liked he juggled it a little when he went to put it away and that's right when he got smacked. Not sure they would've overturned it though.

I wasn't aware the verdict was still out on that one.

- First off, anytime you can go into Camp Randall and walk out with a win, it's a damn good night.
- Beanie...wow. Just a beast and that stiff arm never gets old. That injury was a damn shame because that is a Heisman Trophy calibre football player. Savor these next seven games because it may be a while before we see another in his league. - DL...ugh. They looked slightly better in the second half, but are just way too prone to getting abused. Is there nobody to teach them some moves other than the bullrush? Just incredibly frustrating to watch. The rest of this season is gonna heavily depend on this unit improving. - WR's: Well, I like the Brians, they seem like great kids and have had some big games, but they just are not elite recievers. I don't know if Robo is still having shoulder issues or what, but he hasn't looked the same since mid-last year. Hartline has his moments, but to be totally honest, in a perfect world, he's a 3rd reciever. I'd really like to see Posey get more chances because he has the physical tools and upside. OL: Still having issues. They just aren't a cohesive unit. I think the staff just needs to pick the 5 best players out there and let them gel. The rotating just seems counterproductive. - TP: This will be the day we look back on and point at as when we knew we had a special talent definatively. He's got that aura about him that he just will not lose. The poise he showed on that game winning drive was just absurd for a true frosh. Now, time for another celebratory Guinness. ![]() |
