WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) -- Wide receiver D.J. Donley will leave Georgia Tech and play for Purdue starting in 2009.
Donley intends to make the move this summer and will have three years of eligibility, Purdue said in a news release Tuesday.
As a freshman for the Yellow Jackets last season, the 6-foot-4 Donley had eight receptions for 101 yards and a touchdown in 13 games. He caught a 20-yard touchdown pass and blocked a punt against Fresno State in a 40-28 loss in the Humanitarian Bowl on Dec. 31.
