The release specifically states that the players status as far as playing in games once the season begins has NOT changed. Phil Taylor has been barred from living on campus, with be suspended for both summer semesters and has to attend anger management classes while being placed on probation within the University; if he gets in any trouble again he is gone.

What's your point pookie?
Oh8ch explicitly linked in the article clarifying the situation - all your post does is reinforce the clouds hanging over once Happy Valley.

Oh, yeah, your point is to come on a Buckeye board to take shots at the "home" team. Get back on Stadium clean-up pookie.

I would like to remind anyone who has forgotten that TRESSEL took away all of last season from the quarterback many thought should have been the starter and some still think can steal it because he was brought up on charges for soliciting a prostitute. He was not permitted to play until after the trial which didnt take place until the michigan game even though he too was pleading innocent and many believe he was wrongfully arrested in the first place. You just said your guys have trials pending, regardless of how they are pleading that didn't get our would be star QB off the hook, so please dont talk down to us about lax discipline.

We seem to have one problem child.. not 50. Not to mention smoking herb and beating up students or drinking and driving are not even close to being comparable.

Wow. A State Penn fan trying to make fun of another program for legal trouble involving its players. If that's not irony, I don't know what is.
In the last 2 1/2 or 3 years, we've had three legal situations involving players on the team affecting four players, which averages out to about one a year (which includes this inconclusive situation involving Clifford & Washington). How many legal problems has your team had in the last year involving how many players, Pookie?
I already know the answer. I just want to hear it from you.
p.s.- Can we get a GPA for Soldier?
