Don't know when they started doing it, but I know they've definitely been doing it for at least a few years. I remember hearing it in 2006 against OSU.

Don't want to take focus off the task at hand (Penn St.), but Stanzi limped off the field after what looked like a bad ankle injury in the first half against Northwestern. Obviously that will have a big impact on next weeks game if Stanzi is still hurt.

It's official...the winner of this game goes to the Rose Bowl. This ends up being the biggest game of the year in the Big Ten.

Stanzi is out

the freshman backup was 9/27 with an INT against Northwestern

cant see him doing much better against this D

He does have a week to practice with the first team now. I wouldn't put it past him to have a good game and play much better. This is a huge game, and the Buckeyes are going to need the fans and the home field advantage to work for them. We need to get loud, and help this team win this game, because I don't think it's going to be easy. Everything is riding on this game. 5th Big Ten Championship in a row...Rose Bowl bid...EVERYTHING. The 'Shoe better be rockin'. GO BUCKS!!!!!

Yeah with Stanzi out I just don't see how they can manage much against our defense. Their Defensive front should be cause for concern though because they do have an excellent rush end, and a great saftey. Hopefully the PSU win didn't take much out of us because we're going to need to be efficient on offense to win this game.

Yes, because even if we were to lose to scUM (not happening), our conference record would be 6-2. Iowa, Wisky, and Penn St. could all win out and also go 6-2 at best in the conference. Since we beat all 3, we would clinch the automatic berth.
