In our 35-6 win at Bloomington in 2003, Lydell Ross rushed for 167 yards and 3 TDs on 23 carries. In our 41-10 win in 2005, Antonio Pittman ran for 133 yards on 26 carries and Troy Smith ran for 55 yards and 2 TDs on 12 carries. I can see something along the lines of both Herron and Saine cracking 100 yards with at least a TD each, and Pryor running for 75+ yards and at least one TD.

Granted, it was against M*ch*g*n, but I was surprised at how good the Indiana offense looked. In particular, their big receiver Doss took full advantage of the mismatch with Cissoko, looking like a poor man's Randy Moss in the process. The jump ball to a tall receiver seems to be their main calling card.

I think the final stats showed that their QB threw something close to 40 passes, and from what I saw, he was pretty well protected. He'll feel a little more pressure this week, which is going to be key.

The good news for us (and bad news for the Hoosiers) is that they got much of their yardage on a handful of big plays, and our D is generally too big, too fast and too often in position to give those up. It'll be especially interesting to see how Orhian Johnson does against IU's big receivers.

I'm on board with the guys who think that this can be a shutout. As long as we don't give up the big play and can keep pressure on their QB, IU will have trouble steadily moving the ball. I love playing a pass happy offense, because they get into a lot of 3rd and long situations where you can bring a variety of blitzes. I just don't see IU's running game getting going. Yes, they put up yards against scUM, but 85 of those were on one play. For the most part, they didn't find much. Against OSU, they'll find nothing and like it.

Doss and Belcher are legit WR's. Future NFL'ers. Chappell tends to just chuck it up to them. Bucks might get a couple picks, especially with all the pressure the D-Line will be getting against a sub-par O-Line. IU is also very undisciplined. I bet the Bucks get the benefit of some false starts and some forced holdings. Probably get a couple turnovers.

IU's D-Line is pretty good. LBers not so much. Secondary can hit hard, but also make the dumb play.

I think Ohio State ends up being pretty methodical this game. Just going to be an offensive clinic. A few long drives and a few big play TD's.

This might be a little more competative than previous years, and IU fans are actually doing their best to protect their own stadium. But...tOSU is going to put IU in its place.
