Of all places, I found this on a Gator forum talking about Meyer's ties to the area and Dwight being a Sophomore QB to watch. Looks like it is from the school athletics website... rollredroll.com

Just to clarify, I don't believe rollredroll.com has any affiliation to the school...just like BP and OSU. Nice find though...

It was against Canton Central. Dwight is the real deal.

I liked his film and Macon is one to keep an eye on. It's going to be interesting to see how Macon develops because he has a great arm, very good accuracy, and moves fairly well in the pocket. If he can grow an inch or two, he could be a great QB prospect. I'm not so sure about Macon as an athlete at this point but if he ends up at athlete, I would say he will need to work on his top end speed. He will definetly get faster but he already has a pretty good burst but I think if he worked with someone like Butch Reynolds, he could get a ton faster with some technique. Anyways I can't wait to see how his junior year progresses, as he did well against great competition.

Wonder if either will grow or if both will be recruited as Aths... |

Well, now with Rich Rodriguez at Michigan, if we don't offer Macon as a QB, you have to assume Rodriguez will. Although I'm not sure Macon is anything but a quarterback. I'd agree with earlier assessments about top-end speed. He's got great speed for a QB, ala a young Troy Smith, but not enough speed to excel elsewhere imo. And if height is the only reason you would move him, we've already shown a 6' quarterback can do pretty well as a Buckeye.

After watching the films, I would think Ware is more likely to be a RB or WR at this point but if Macon doesn't grow much more, then I would have to agree he would be an athlete. Similar prospects though.
