One insider I trust is ready to start penciling Nick into
OSU's 2010 haul...that's good enough for me. Add to that the info the BPRT has been hearing about Nick for almost a year and we all feel pretty good about
OSU's chances.

what are their respective rankings? Gardner has 10 offers already...mostly BCS schools

I've said this before (I think twice now in this thread) but I will say it again:
I guess I don't understand why
OSU fans don't trust the
OSU staff enough to offer who they see fit...rather we want to see who else has offered before we get on board. Montana has 7 legit BCS offers...Florida State, Ohio State, Arizona, South Carolina, LSU, Maryland and Stanford. Look at it this way...Les Miles thinks enough of both Montana and Gardner to have offered both kids...do you trust him more than you trust JT?

thats true, but i didn't really mean it to come off that way, but in some cases you have to plays the odds as well. If there is a good chance to get Montana than by all means go for #1.

Now you are getting it...there is no problem putting all your eggs in one basket this early in the game. We are almost a year away from NLOID 2010...this is a different strategy than last year when they went all in on Boyd two months from signing day.

Agree 100%...love the fact Fisher likes this kid as well. Add to that Mike Stoops, Jim Harbaugh (a guy who knows a thing or two about playing the position) and Steve Spurrier (another guy who has developed a few QBs in his day) offering and I think Nick's offer list speaks for itself. Nevermind the fact a certain head coach with a propensity for sweater vests has offered as well.
