If he's quoted in the story as saying he commited, you can probably take it to the bank. I don't know why he'd lie about it, although if he's just screwing with the scUM writers and later chooses tOSU, I won't hold it against him!

OSU to pull Clifford away from them, seeing as they are presumebly the 1st big school to offer and he might have a friend up there.
