Here you go, Brody.....The first 'bring 'em all together' article, and now the 'split 'em all apart' article helped me a bunch. Greenies, kudos, and my thanks to all of those who participated. That's the reason this site is simply the best.
It was also important to me to see that the authors were not all on the same wagon, but were looking at different players throughout all the summary. That indicates to me that there are alot of studs in this class (which we knew), but not a 'grand stud' that had all the praise and pressure heaped upon him. I'll watch this particular class closely, to see who excels and who goes away. As of this minute, I see more excelling rather than going away. Urban did solid work. I cannot wait to see this translated to the field come August.....
Final thought on BIG (B10) recruiting. It's good to see Meatchicken recruit well. We need a strong Michigan to compete nationally. Sorry to see so many of the other conference-mates suffer 'bad' recruiting classes (relative to everyone else). Penn State did exceptionally well at first, but still finished OK, even comparing how badly their AD handled the new coach, etc. changeover....couple of years there. Anyway, our beloved Buckeyes did well, and that's all I ultimately care about.....but it was particularly thrilling to see Urban snatch two (not one, TWO) coaches from ND, and secure a future LT from them as well (and an Ohio kid).
Does anyone have a compendium (or know where I can find one) that shows all the D-I schollies for the Ohio kids? Thanks in advance.
