I would say banking 2 would be advantage/disadvantage. How many players would we have with only 5 new schollies plus Chichester? If we have a solid rotation after that, then okay, bank 'em. If not, there is great talent right now looking at
OSU that we should jump on, we just have to sway one or two of them to join. If we do end up banking 2 schollies, that gives Matta the chance to get in on some more studs for the next year, when he
possibly loses some of the great gets he just got for the year before. Follow me? I say that a case could be made either way, because no matter what, Matta has proven/is proving that he will get
players to fill his needs. And I think banking 2 would allow him to do what he clearly loves, which is hit the road hard and
sell the [censored] out of Ohio State Buckeye basketball. Plus, a nice tourney run anytime soon would justify another top 2-4 recruiting class.
