I posted this on Friday morning......according to Tucker he has an offer.

Rivals is now reporting that according to Tucker, he now has an OSU offer and will decide after camp. OSU is his #1 choice, he wants to go home and announce it for his hometown newspaper. Tucker does say that the other schools are not out of the mix but OSU is the leader.

Obviously, there is some confusion on wether he has an offer or not, I find it hard to believe that he would hold a news conference to announce to OSU without knowing for sure wether he had an offer, nevertheless.....this is the world of recruiting, so until the PC is over, we can all speculate.
