The only way lebron leaves is if the cavs are losing horribly, which won't happen. It took a complete and total meltdown of everything around lebron for the cavs to miss the playoffs this year, and even then, it was by a tiebreaker.
The thing you are missing is the difference in the Cavs and Bucks is over the years. That gave Redd the extra $, which for him is great since in 5 years he won't make that kind of $ with a new contract. Yet LeBron probably has 2 maxed out contacts in his future, so moving doesn't cost him $20 million.
