If you are using Azureus, and the file is in the completed section, then do NOT clear it. While it's there it is seeding. If you clear it then you aren't sharing the file.
If you did clear the file, the quickest way to get seeding again is to just download the file again. Assuming you didn't move the file from it's original directory, Azureus will know you already downloaded it and will automatically begin seeding it.
