I don't think D'Antonio is going to leave any time soon. He's the #2 paid guy on the staff and he gets to see his results every single game. Not saying he wouldn't be a great head coach, but just because an assistant coach is good in his one area (defense, offense, special teams) doesn't necessarily mean he'd be good as a head coach.

There was a thread over on Bucknuts (although I'm on posting hiatus I still peruse the place) about Speilman being an assistant coach. I think he'd be a killer coach, and if D'Antonio ever did leave, I'd get Speilman first...he really knows his $h!t about defense, and football as a whole.
