Iowa had two plays inside the
OSU 50 prior to the middle of the third quarter. One of those plays was the result of a 15 yard penalty for unsportsman like conduct on Mangold, tacked on to the end of a fumble recovery run. If they started on their own 20 Iowa was unable drive more than one first down further. Again, the offense had great starting position all day long and this time did something with it.
