Tibbs: "Baseball has no proof Giambi did roids? Uh, he admitted it on the grand jury. Oh, I guess he was lying to further his "comeback" credentials."
Tibbs, "leaked" grand jury testimony can't be admitted as evidence for anything .. when he testified, he was promised immunity. Baseball can't use it to convict him of anything.
If that testimony could be used against the Giambino, then the Yankees would've canceled his contract before the season even started.
"Yeah, Griffey certainly looks like he's done roids. Is it just a coincidence he's one of the few stars who's appearance hasn't changed in 10 years?"
So what? Did Randy Velarde or Benito Santiago (two guys specifically named in the BALCO trial)'s appearence change? Did Rafael Palmeiro's appearence change? Does Raffy look like he ever did 'roids?
