Tibbs, "leaked" grand jury testimony can't be admitted as evidence for anything .. when he testified, he was promised immunity. Baseball can't use it to convict him of anything.

So what? Did Randy Velarde or Benito Santiago (two guys specifically named in the BALCO trial)'s appearence change? Did Rafael Palmeiro's appearence change? Does Raffy look like he ever did 'roids?
benito santiago's biceps' inflation was simple water retention i suppose. MLB isn't trying to convict giambi of anything. you made the statement that there was no clear proof he did roids. i would say his testimony indicating such is evidence. dont try and spin your way out of it.
