Peach County Trojans (3-3, 3-0 in Region 4-AAA) at Spalding Jaguars (1-5, 0-2)
Where/when: At Spalding, 7:30 p.m.
Last meeting: 2004, Ferlando Pitts ran for 65 yards and two touchdowns as Peach County won 42-0.
Scouting report: After Peach County beat Washington County 40-37 in overtime last week, an assistant coach said, "The wagons are outside if anyone wants to jump on them." Well, then, all aboard because the Trojans are back. They've won three straight games and could win another region title this year despite an 0-3 start. A lot of the credit for the turnaround can be tied to the return of quarterback Antonio Henton from injuries. But the underclassmen are growing up as well. Mareo Howard, a sophomore, strapped the offense to his back toward the end of last week's game. Spalding's main concern is stopping all those offensive weapons while Peach has to not think ahead to Perry.
