I already agreed with that sentiment.
I'm saying this is what JT does, he closes up shop to keep it close trying to play mistake free football... AS FKA said on the other thread is, we don't play mistake free FB.
When the game is a "big one" JT doesn't take any chances. You watch, unless MSU is considered a "Big One" (To me, it's not), the O will be more impressive this week. Why? Because
OSU believes it can get away with more mistakes, thus it'll take more chances.
I dont disagree that the play calling is conservative, I just took issue with the "Grand Conclusion" that "JT has fallen behind the curve w/ his play caliing." as you said.
