To be honest I am not 100% sure what the new limit is. I just set up a new event and I know it set a user's balance to $25 even who had a balance of $3-something going in.

If you are low on cash you want to get your bets down quickly and take advantage of the system. That is one reason I try to set bets up in groups - to thwart the efforts of those who would exploit welfare.

Does this count even if your vcash is just tied up in bets?
