Here's how it works:
B10 BCS tie breakers goes by
1. conf win % (tOSU and Wisky Tie)
2. overall win % (tOSU and Wisky Tie - Hawaii negates Texas)
3. Head to head (N/A)
4. Last to go rule (tOSU 2004 > Wisky 2000)

Let me ask this one more time then. Since Wisky already dropped 1 conf game to Northwestern, and
OSU dropped 1 conf (PSU) and 1 nonconf (Texas), then why wouldn't Wisky beating PSU
(putting JoePa at 2 conf losses) and losing to Hawaii
(making them 1 conf & 1 nonconf loss) make
OSU eligible for the Big 10 automatic BCS Bid?
