So, maybe I was off by a percentage point or two, but I think it is definitely the case that in this day and age of 2-yard dumpoffs and 5-yard slants, QBs running a West Coast variant should be hitting at least 60% for a season. Though I don't know the entire all-time list, I wouldn't be surprised if every one of the top 15-25 in completion percentage will have played after 1980, and most of them will have been after 1990, when all is said and done.
