Yeah I think they just need to put out a list of kids to watch, much like Rivals does with there Early top 100 lists they put out.
There is no reason to rank these kids, b/c it is just going to [censored] people off when eventually these kids were way overhyped b/c they hadnt seen tape or anything and they end up being a 3 star when they were originally a 5 star.
