Duke fans are all pompous arrogant kids that probably dont even know what the hell the Bonus is before they get to Duke. They are mostly out-of-staters that dont know [censored] before they get to campus, and join the bandwagon.
UNC fans are mostly in-state kids that grew up watching and cheering for the Tarheels. They are completely different fan bases.
