His D has been awesome. At the end of the first half yesterday, the Illinois backcourt had a total of 2 points, (vs 18 for tOSU IIRC). That might be the most impressive part of his game IMO. I really noticed his ball handling skills yesterday - the IU freshman was really badgering Je'Kel about halfway through the 2nd half (Butler was out for a breather). The Bucks didn't get anything done offensively. When Butler returned, the guy backed off (I assume because Butler would have smoked him down the court), and things felt much more "in sync". The announcers talked about the fact that the offense returned when Dials returned, but I think it really hinged on Butler. Same at Michigan - the Bucks were OK without Dials, but scoring was difficult without Butler. IMO he's a locked in starter for the next 2.5 years, regardless of the Thad 5. Congrats Jamar.

REPORTER: As great as everybody loves the tradition of the game being the last game of the year, do you foresee the possibility, with all the changes in college football right now, that eventually the Big Ten might have to go to two divisions and have a championship game?

TRESSEL: Not by Saturday. So, I don't know, I don't give it any thought.
