Stephen threw for 2,800 yards and 28 touchdowns as a junior and is watching his recruitment pick up steam as summer approaches. Currently, South Carolina and Florida are his top choices but he is considering schools across the nation. Stephen does not hold any offers yet, but look for that to change soon. He will visit tOSU and Louisville in the coming weeks.

My Take: Stephen is an impressive QB with an above average arm, good presence, excellent athleticism, and good touch. He does have some mechanics that need to be fixed (ball position, long wind-up), but they should not be much of an issue.
