Tyson Gentry and Adam Taliaferro?
Gottta play the "Race-Card" here.
Obviously one player is white and the other is black. But that's not what I'm talking about.
Adam Taliaferro will always be linked to TOSU. From the second he was hurt, to the time he was taken to the hospital and the care he received which was a major contributor to his being up and walking as we speak is something very special that will always bond him to us. Adam's success is a testament to the fact that the great things about intercollegiate athletics don't always happen on the field. Now, this young warrior stands in the corner of one of our boys who has some tough times ahead of him. And with a winner like Adam in his corner, I really think that Tyson has something to shoot for that he ultimately will achieve.
Now. About the "race" thing. Kids like Adam and Tyson are what I like to call testaments to the human "RACE." Adam never complained or asked for pitty, he just did what he had to do. Tyson will do the same damn thing. Who knows what the results will be? We can only hope for the very best, but I'm sure he'll be the best he can possibly be, and hopefully walk out the tunnel with the team in the season opener.
Peace. Dubs.
