Nacogdoches High School (Nacogdoches, TX)

Height: 6-foot-8
Weight: 225 pounds

James previously verbaled to Oklahoma but upon the recent coaching change decided to open up his recruitment. The guy can play above the rim and will get out and run in transition. Slippery driver and his comfort zone comes when he's attacking the basket. Will need to boost his range and consistency from behind the arc. Would like to see him pass it better. Wired to be a scorer. Big bodies small forward could swing down and play some inside as well. Nice looking athlete. As a Junior he was named an all-star at the Reebok ABCD Camp.

Texas and Texas A&M are the likely leaders at this point. Arizona, Ohio State and Kentucky are also in the picture.
