Victor won the state championship in the triple jump over Wisconsin 2006 4 star signee Lance Kendricks. He couldn't beat his own state record that he set as a sophomore in 2006 though. He finished 2nd in the state in the 100 meters, with a time of 10.88. Victor is a DB for sure. Not a running back or wide receiver. It's just a question of safety or cornerback. He was revered for his cover skills at a recent camp. He is reportedly a Wisconsin lean, pre tOSU offer, but I don't know if that will change anything or not. Nebraska has a shot too. Victor is just a great all around athlete. There are a lot of them in the state of Wisconsin this year. I'm surprised that tOSU isn't showing interest in LB/RB Louis Nzegwu. At 6-3 and 224 pounds: he ran a 4.47, scored a vertical leap of 42.5 inches, 3.98 shuttle, and 7.01 3-cone. That's quite frankly more impressive than the Bernstine measureables that everybody is raving about. I think Nzegwu beat him at everything but 40 time, and relative to weight, that's arguably just as impressive.

Here's a couple pics of Victor:
