Michigan lost twice to Vandy, but picked up a nice win over stetson.

Notre Dame went 2 and out..Too many good bats in that regional for them to handle. ND has good pitching, but C of C and Kentucky can really hit.

Ball state had a great win over Kentucky, but lost their next two.

The Manhattan Jaspers knocked off Nebraska & USF, before finally being eliminated by Miami (fl). They did a great job.

That leaves Evansville as the cold weather champions..the Aces eliminated Virgina(15-4) and pounded South Carolina(15-5) to force a winner take all game on monday. The MVC is always a solid league......IMO, usually better than the B10 or Big East .
Wichita State is still alive too..they meet Oklahoma on Monday to settle the Norman regional

We were 3-6 vs teams that made postseason play. here is how they did...

Lehigh-lost to Virgina 11-5 & lost to Evansville 10-6

Bethune Cookman-lost to Ole Miss 3-2 & Tulane 12-7..I watched BC play Tulane on TV, and i was impressed...a good win for us earlier this year

Michigan-lost to Vandy 5-2, beat Stetson 11-1, lost to Vandy 5-4

Jacksonville-Lost to FSU 18-0, beat Sacred Heart 4-3, lost to Georgia 15-8

Missouri-lost to Pepperdine 3-2, beat UC-Irvine 5-4, beat UCLA 2-1, beat Pepperdine 4-1.

Missouri has been on fire down the stretch, and will play Peperdine on Monday to decide the Malibu regional. I think the Malibu was the most balanced regional..the close scores seem to reflect that as well. 4 of the first 6 games have been decided by 1 run !!!
