Some kids (i.e. Vince Browne, Skylar Jones, Jermale Hines, Kyle Jefferson) seem to understand how the process works and are content to let the coaches make their evaluation and decision whether or not to offer later on in the process. Others (i.e. Andrew Dailey, Henry Hynoski) tend to set a date or establish a timefram for when they will make a decision and if they do not have the offer by then, then so be it. And still others (i.e. Nick Schepis, Chris Smith, Chris Givens) are perfectly happy going in a different direction. Despite the fact they had interest at one point in
OSU, they are content to look elsewhere and not wait on
OSU's coaches. All of the situations seem to work out fine...the ones that don't work out fine are the ones like Oh8ch describes.
