More on Wilson setting up his official visit to tOSU. Confirms that Martez will make an official visit to Ohio State on December 8th; he will also try to make an unofficial visit during the season to watch a game in The Shoe.

Wilson has also scheduled official visits to Illinois on September 23rd, and Notre Dame on December 1st. His other schools of interest are Michigan, Wisconsin, and Tennessee.
I don't want to hijack Wilson's thread, but there was some discussion on some earlier recruit threads regarding the timing of their visit - in season versus post-season. The highlighted scenario is ideal. I hope that Wilson gets to see a game, take in the atmosphere and the game day traditions, as well as take the official later, catching the coaches when the focus is specifically on recruiting. This is a win-win situation for guys who have the time and financial ability to take an unofficial for a game. Granted, for most recruits, especially OOS, this is not possible. But for those who can, you get to see the whole picture. While I'm not real optimistic about our chances with Wilson, it will be interesting to see if he does make both visits.
